When I started working for the company we had to fill out time sheets and manually perform calculations on them. Then at the end of each time period we would have to clear it out, rinse and repeat.

I designed this entire time card system to eliminate the need to suffer through the pain of having 21 separate files for each year of work and to have the amount owed automatically populated through formulas to get rid of the need for manual calculations. Each tab is a specific time period and the dates auto fill in based on the date on the summary page for quick updating from year to year. The summary page also has a recount of all of the time periods with year to date totals and two graphs so that you can compare the current year to the previous year to see how you are doing with your self employed hours year to year.

This fulfilled many needs for the whole company from wasted time during time tracking to quick and easy accounting for payroll purposes.
